Submit a Claim

This is the only way to receive a payment.
Exclude Yourself

You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any rights you currently have to sue the Defendant about the claims in this case.
Object to the Settlement
December 15, 2026
You can write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement.
Final Approval Hearing
The Final Approval Hearing is expected to occur in January 2027.
